About MHC Database
MHC Database is the manufactured housing database: a property-first census of U.S. manufactured housing communities with public-record ownership, sales, and financing. We make institutional-grade transaction intelligence fast to use and a fraction of the cost of legacy services.
What we do
We map the U.S. manufactured housing community universe first, then attach every sale, refinancing, and development event to the property it belongs to, each one linked to its public-record source. The result is a database you can search and filter, built for acquirers, brokers, lenders, developers, and asset managers who need to know who owns, buys, and sells American manufactured housing communities.
How we work
We publish facts, not opinions. Every transaction carries its public-record source and document id, a blank means a fact is not yet known rather than zero, and we never show ratings, reviews, or photos. We build our data only from public records and other lawfully accessible public sources, and our value is in the compilation: the selection, matching, and timeline that no single source provides. For the details, see Data & Methodology.
Independence
MHC Database is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any community operator, property owner, government office, or third-party data provider. Operator and community names are used only to identify properties factually.
Company
MHC Database is a service of TrueNote, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as MHC Database.
